Lemon Madeleine

a few days ago we made lemon madeleines and it was fun
the ones with the cuvered lines are the ingredients to the mix. (if you want to make this ) lemon drizzle (flour 180g ) icing sugar 145g (baking power 1/2 teaspoon ) lemon jucie 35g (salt 1/4 teaspoon ) honey 15g (butter 170g ) melted butter 55g (egg 3 and one more egg yolk) (sugar 120g) (lemon 1šŸ‹) (oven 220.c 12 mins) mix all the ingredients together and freeze the mix for 1 hour(do the same with the drizzle but don't freeze it) wait until the mix is cool then you can dip the cake in the lemon drizzle.
